4.3 AI模型训练
您的内容默认不会用于通用模型训练。仅在您明确授权后，我们才会在去标识化与最小化处理前提下，将相关数据用于改进模型与写作建议。您可随时撤回授权，撤回后不再新增用于训练。

4.1 Service Providers
We work with third-party service providers to help us operate our platform, including authentication services, AI service providers, and payment providers. Card payments in USD are processed by Creem, and CNY payments by our Alipay payment provider; you enter payment details on their checkout pages, and we never receive your full card number. These providers process data only as instructed by us and for the purposes described in this policy.
4.2 Product Analytics and Error Tracking
We use PostHog (PostHog Cloud, US region) for product analytics and front-end error tracking. We send page views, feature usage events (for example sign-in, project creation, file saves, and whether an AI chat completed), page performance metrics, and front-end error details, together with browser and device information, the page path, and your account ID (not your email or username); PostHog's servers also receive the IP address the request comes from. Before sending, we remove sign-in tokens, email addresses, invite codes, and similar parameters from page URLs. We do not send your manuscript text, prompts, AI conversation content, or uploaded files to PostHog, and session recording is turned off. PostHog stores a random identifier starting with ph_ in your browser's cookies and localStorage to recognize visits from the same browser. This data is transferred to and processed in the United States. You can turn off product analytics at any time under Settings → General; after that, this browser sends nothing to PostHog, including error reports.
4.3 AI Model Training
Your content is not used for general model training by default. We only use data for model and writing-quality improvements if you explicitly opt in, with data minimization and de-identification safeguards. You may withdraw consent at any time, and no new training use will occur after withdrawal.
4.4 Legal Requirements
We may disclose your information if required by law or in response to valid legal requests.
4.5 Business Transfer
In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred.
