4. 知识产权
您创建的所有内容仍然是您的财产。ZenStory不声称对您的小说、角色、故事或任何其他原创内容拥有所有权。您授予我们非独占的、全球范围的许可，以存储、处理和显示您内容，仅用于提供我们的服务。此许可可随时撤销。通过我们的服务创建的AI生成内容，一旦您接受并将其整合到您的作品中，也是您的财产。
5. AI生成内容
AI建议和响应仅作为辅助提供。在使用前，您应该审查并验证所有AI生成的内容。我们不保证AI生成内容的准确性、质量或原创性。
6. 订阅与计费
付费功能以当前页面展示的订阅方案、计费周期与价格为准。除非另有说明，价格不含依法应缴税费；如涉及税费，将在结算时单独列明。您授权我们通过您选择的支付方式收取订阅费用。
7. 到期与续费
订阅采用支付宝单次付款，不会自动续费或扣款。有效订阅提前手动续费，时长从当前到期日起延长；到期未续费，按免费版权益使用。
8. 退款政策
除法律另有强制规定或我们另行承诺外，已支付费用通常不予退款。若因系统故障导致无法提供核心服务，我们将根据具体情况提供补偿、延期或退款方案。
9. 免费试用与升级
免费试用用于帮助您评估服务能力，功能与配额可能受限。升级至付费方案后，将按对应套餐生效并覆盖试用配额规则。
10. 价格调整与税费
我们可能不时调整订阅价格或方案内容。对于已生效订阅，价格调整将在下一计费周期生效，并通过站内或邮件提前通知。
11. 服务终止
我们保留因违反这些条款或出于任何其他原因（包括但不限于欺诈活动或滥用服务）随时暂停或终止您的账户的权利。终止后，您使用服务的权利将立即停止。
12. 免责声明

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using ZenStory, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.
2. Service Description
ZenStory is an AI-powered novel writing assistant that helps users create, organize, and develop their stories through AI-driven conversations and writing tools.
3. User Responsibilities
- You must be at least 13 years old to use our service
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
- You agree to use our service only for lawful purposes
- You will not post or transmit harmful, offensive, or illegal content
- You will not attempt to circumvent security measures or access others' accounts
- You retain all rights to content you create using our service
4. Intellectual Property
All content created by you remains your property. ZenStory does not claim ownership of your novels, characters, stories, or any other original content. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to store, process, and display your content solely for providing our services. This license is revocable at any time. AI-generated content created through our service is also your property once you accept and incorporate it into your work.
5. AI-Generated Content
AI suggestions and responses are provided as assistance only. You should review and verify all AI-generated content before using it. We do not guarantee the accuracy, quality, or originality of AI-generated content.
6. Subscription and Billing
Paid features are governed by the plan details, billing cycle, and pricing displayed at checkout. Card payments in USD are handled by our online reseller Creem, the Merchant of Record for those orders, which processes the payment, collects any applicable sales tax or VAT, and issues the receipt. CNY payments are made with Alipay through our payment provider. Unless stated otherwise, listed prices do not include applicable taxes. You authorize us and our payment providers to charge your selected payment method for the plan you buy.
7. Expiry and Renewal
Pro is sold as a one-time purchase of 30 or 365 days, whether you pay by card in USD or with Alipay in CNY. There is no automatic renewal, and you are not charged again unless you buy again. Buying again while Pro is active extends its current expiry date. When it expires, Free plan benefits apply.
8. Refund Policy
Card payments in USD: you can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase by emailing support@zenstory.ai from your account email. The refund goes back to your original payment method, and the Pro time from that order is removed. CNY payments with Alipay: except where required by law or explicitly promised by us, payments are generally non-refundable. For any order, if core service functionality is materially unavailable due to platform faults, we may provide remedies such as credits, extensions, or refunds.
9. Free Trial and Upgrade
Free trial access is provided for service evaluation and may include feature or quota limits. After upgrading to a paid plan, the corresponding paid plan rules and quotas apply.
10. Pricing Changes and Taxes
We may update plan pricing or package content from time to time. For active subscriptions, pricing changes will apply from the next billing cycle with prior notice through in-product messaging or email.
11. Service Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, including but not limited to violations of these terms, fraudulent activity, or misuse of our services. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
13. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall ZenStory be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our service.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ZenStory, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms, including reasonable attorneys' fees.
15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through negotiation first. If negotiation fails, disputes may be submitted to the competent courts in the jurisdiction where ZenStory is registered.
16. Changes to Terms
We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
