What it is
Drama Skills is an AI short-drama and motion-comic (漫剧) production workflow for Claude Code, Codex and any host that supports the Agent Skills spec. Eleven skills carry a concept or a long-form source through episode scripts, character and scene assets, image prompts, storyboard keyframes and video-generation prompts, with a separate review skill that audits the result. It was distilled from a working motion-comic studio's own pipeline.

How it works · 流程
- Develop From concept or source novel to an episode map, genre playbook and director's statement (导演阐述).
- Write Per-episode screenplay under a stage contract of explicit scene rules — agenda, opposing force, turn, exit state.
- Assets & look Character, scene and prop bibles; six production-form cards (live-action, 2D motion comic, stylised 3D, 国漫, ink, chibi); Look Development frames.
- Storyboard & prompts Shot-level storyboard with frozen keyframes and continuity locks, then image and video prompts written for named model dialects.
- Produce, edit, review A fail-closed spend gate before any generation runs; an edit decision list; an independent review pass.

What makes it different · 有什么不同
- Each episode is exactly five Markdown files — screenplay, visual bible, storyboard, image prompts, video prompts — the 'creator truth' every stage reads from and writes to.
- A four-tier rule taxonomy (structural invariant / reviewed invariant / craft default / taste option) so a check can block only when it is locally provable.
- Money moves in one place: production requires preview → explicit confirm → run, with fingerprint-bound one-time confirmations.
- Vendor profiles for current image, video and music models; a local dashboard for the production queue.
