账号和套餐

忘记密码怎么办？

从登录页进入“忘记密码”，用注册邮箱获取六位验证码，在 10 分钟内设置新密码。页面提示暂不可用时，联系 support@zenstory.ai。详见注册与登录。

免费版能做什么？

每天 3 条 AI 消息、3 个项目、3 个自定义技能，TXT 导出免费可用。素材库拆解是 Pro 权益；页面提供免费试拆时，可以按入口说明试用。免费消息在北京时间 00:00 恢复，更多见订阅权益。

付款后还没显示 Pro？

先等付款返回页处理完成，再检查套餐与到期时间。已扣款但权益仍未到账时，保留订单信息联系支持，不要重复付款。

写作和文件

会自动保存吗？

停止输入约三秒后自动保存，也可手动保存。查看保存状态；保存当前正文与新增历史版本不同。本地草稿恢复和冲突处理见编辑器。

AI 会读完我的整个项目吗？

不会每轮都完整读取所有文件。打开目标文件、点名要读的资料，并引用关键文字。上下文有长度预算，见AI 创作助手。

AI 回复了正文，为什么文件里没有？

回复可能只是在给候选文字。可以自己采用，或明确要求写入目标文件，说明替换还是追加，然后检查实际文件。

停止生成会撤销修改吗？

不会。已发生的写入会保留。继续前先读现稿，只补缺失部分。

可以改文件名和类型吗？

标题可在编辑器修改并保存。当前没有直接转换类型的界面；在正确类型下新建并复制内容，见文件管理。

误删后有回收站吗？

当前没有面向用户的文件或项目回收站。保留的项目快照可能包含早先文件，但恢复会影响其他文件。先查版本历史，不要用删除来测试恢复。

导出包含整个项目吗？

“导出正文”包含已保存的正文和剧本；选择“导出大纲和正文”还可包含大纲。人物、素材、对话、记忆和历史需另行保留，见导出正文。

能离线使用吗？

云端保存和 AI 需要联网。本地恢复草稿不等于完整离线工作台；需要离线写作时，先导出正文，回来后比较并复制采用的改动。

技能与素材

官方技能为什么没有指令正文？

官方技能提供用途说明，添加后可以使用。自己的技能可编辑，社区公开技能可以查看。详见使用技能。

素材拆解准确吗？

结果可能遗漏或误读。用摘要定位，再回到原文核对。方法见素材深度分析。

灵感库在哪里？

灵感库待开放。现在可以在首页写自己的想法，或先与 AI 讨论方向。

隐私和帮助

上传素材会公开给其他用户吗？

素材库按账号访问，不会因上传自动公开给其他用户。AI 功能需要处理你提供的文本；数据处理规则见隐私政策。分享自定义技能时，检查是否含私人内容。

还有问题怎么反馈？

使用应用内反馈入口，或写信到 support@zenstory.ai。提供错误提示、操作步骤、时间和浏览器版本；截图前遮住私人稿件和账号凭证。

Account and plan

What if I forget my password?

Open Forgot Password from Login, request a six-digit code with your registered email, and set a password within 10 minutes. Contact support@zenstory.ai if reset is unavailable. See registration and login.

What does Free include?

Free includes 3 AI messages per day, 3 projects, 3 owned custom skills, and TXT export. Materials breakdowns are a Pro benefit; when a free trial is offered, follow the entry's limits to try it. Messages reset at 00:00 Beijing time. See Plans & Benefits.

Why is Pro missing after payment?

Wait for payment-return processing, then check your plan and expiration. If charged without benefits, retain order details and contact support. Do not pay again.

Writing and files

Does the editor autosave?

After about three seconds without typing, or sooner with manual Save. Check status; saving prose is different from adding history. See the editor for local recovery and conflicts.

Does the AI read my whole project?

It does not read every file in full each turn. Open the target, name evidence files, and quote key text. Context has a budget. See AI assistant.

Why is prose in chat but not in the file?

It may be a candidate suggestion. Adopt it manually or request writing into a named file, specifying replacement or append, then check the file.

Does Stop undo changes?

No. Writes already made remain. Read the current draft before continuing and fill only missing parts.

Can I change a filename or type?

Edit the title in the editor and save. There is no direct type-conversion interface; create a correctly typed file and copy approved text. See file management.

Is there a trash for deleted work?

There is no user-facing file or project trash. An existing project snapshot may contain earlier files, but restoring it affects other files too. Inspect history first; do not test recovery by deleting work.

Does export include the whole project?

Export manuscript includes saved drafts and scripts. Export outline and text also includes outlines. Keep characters, materials, chat, memory, and history separately. See export.

Can I work offline?

Cloud saving and AI need a connection. Local draft recovery is not a complete offline workbench. Export prose before offline writing, then compare and copy approved changes back.

Skills and materials

Why are official skill instructions hidden?

Official skills show their purpose and can be used after adding. Your own skills are editable; published community instructions are readable. See using skills.

Are material results accurate?

They may omit or misinterpret details. Use summaries to locate passages, then check the source. See material analysis.

Where is the Inspirations Library?

It is coming soon. Enter your own idea on Home or discuss directions with the AI for now.

Privacy and help

Are uploaded materials public?

The library is account-scoped; uploading does not publish material to other users. AI features process the text you provide. See the privacy policy. Check custom skills for private content before sharing.

How do I report another problem?

Use the in-app feedback entry or email support@zenstory.ai. Include the message, steps, time, and browser version. Hide private manuscripts and account credentials in screenshots.
